Animation!

Ciao! In the Spring of 2025 I spent a quarter animating this project. The prompt was to put a different spin on a chosen clip of audio. My audio excerpt was from Schitt’s Creek, where David is nervously leaving Patrick a voice message. In my rendition, an IT worker is calling a client and accidentally calls them the wrong name. Unlike David, though, my character couldn’t care less, especially when the person on the other end of the line doesn’t seem to get the hint that the call is over.

“You’re Toast!” is an animation my friend and I worked on for our animation class in the Spring of 2024, and was also featured in SIGGRAPH. This was one of my first experiences rigging and animating something humanoid, and although it was very challenging, I had a lot of fun with it!

Monty Python, A Recreation: my final project for an Animation class in 2023. The goal was to recreate a scene from a movie with household objects. This was my very first time rigging! I also had a great time animating the swords clashing.

F1: Light Tunnel. This was my first time creating something this complex in Houdini. The tunnel is created with a light trail simulation that moves along a curve and slowly spins. Big thanks to Reorom on TurboSquid for the car model!

Hi! Compositing! The goal for this compositing assignment was to add a CG element to a previous shot. I built proxy geometry in Maya and tracked the shot itself in SynthEyes.
